What You’ll Do The Marketing Associate is responsible for executing all aspects of lulafit’s B2C marketing strategy, focusing on creating and standardizing marketing materials available to our operations team. This role directly supports the Director of Engagement Marketing with strategies and collateral  to activate amenity spaces and drive ongoing audience engagement.

This will be a remote role but candidates must be located in one of the following markets: Chicago, NYC, Boston, LA, or San Francisco.

How You'll Do It

  • B2C Engagement Marketing Strategy: Execute on lulafit’s B2C engagement marketing strategy across various markets, ensuring deadlines are met and budget constraints are adhered to.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills by effectively prioritizing multiple assignments and driving each to completion simultaneously.
  • Deliverable Templatization: Ensure all deliverables are templatized and align with department scalability goals.
  • Process Management: Oversee the entire process from writing copy, providing designers with feedback, incorporating feedback from the Director of Engagement Marketing, to delivering finished assets.
  • Design Briefs: Formulate detailed design briefs for a team of graphic designers to create a variety of marketing collateral, including printed signage, digital displays, and direct email campaigns.
  • Email Messaging Platforms: Support the Director of Engagement Marketing with email messaging platforms to communicate with users, build user journeys, and manage campaigns.
  • Asset Management: Maintain audience attributes and keep assets organized to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility.
  • Performance Evaluation: Ensure all initiatives and programs are recorded for engagement performance evaluation, data collection, and provide insights for future directions.
  • Marketing Requests Coordination: Coordinate new marketing requests from Site Operations team members by organizing assignments by priority level, implementing templates when applicable, writing copy, and copy editing.
  • Contractor Management: Work with contractors and monitor the progress of tasks towards completion.
  • Tool Expertise: Become the expert on current marketing and project management tools, identifying simpler solutions, and training teams on their use. Tools include Marq, Customer.io, Asana, and Google Suite.
  • Consistency and Optimization: Adjust materials in response to ongoing audits to ensure consistent messaging, adherence to brand guidelines, and engagement optimization.
  • Customer Success Reports: Create visually appealing report templates for Customer Success Directors to support data reporting for clients.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain brand consistency across all channels and markets.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Must have 1-3 years of engagement marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - with an emphasis on compelling storytelling and visualization skills
  • Proactive team player with strong communication skills, consistently developing streamlined processes to enhance team visibility and collaboration.
  • Proficient in rapidly adopting and grasping new platforms to effectively meet diverse audience needs.
  • Bonus if you have experience with Marq, Customer.io, Creative Cloud, and Adobe Designer tools.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
