Andrew Polins has over a decade of experience in global supply chain and sourcing management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Production, Supply Chain Strategy and Programs at Lululemon since March 2015. Polins has previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President at Family Dollar, managing a sourcing subsidiary and overseeing $1 billion in merchandise, and Vice President of Global Sourcing at Dick's Sporting Goods, where Polins led a team responsible for $300 million FOB across various product categories. Earlier experience includes General Manager at The Children's Place in Shanghai, successfully managing a $100 million FOB production office, and as Hardlines Merchandise Manager at The Disney Store. Polins holds an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BA in East Asian Studies from Brown University.
