Natalie Dupont

Natalie Dupont is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at lululemon since August 2020, overseeing the Executive Search program. Prior to lululemon, Natalie was the Talent Acquisition Leader at BDO Canada from May 2016 to August 2020, contributing to one of the leading accounting and advisory firms in Canada. Natalie's earlier experience includes a role as Branch Manager and Senior Recruiter at Adecco Canada from February 2008 to May 2016, where skills were developed in connecting clients and candidates, full cycle recruitment, and team motivation. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
