Mrs Foo Yoke Heng joined LCH as the Group HR and Admin Manager in 2000 and was appointed Director, Human Resources in 2008.
With over 40 years of working experience to date, she has held numerous appointments in her career beginning with the Ministry of Education. At the former DBS Land, she was responsible for the Corporate HR of the Group and its subsidiaries with businesses across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific. Mrs Foo graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the then University of Singapore.
