Geraldine Rodriguez

Geraldine Rodriguez currently serves as a Procurement and Supply Chain - Policies and Procedures Compliance Specialist at LUMA Energy since March 2025, focusing on the development and improvement of procurement policies and processes. Prior to this role, Geraldine worked at DISS for over 15 years as a Quality and Compliance Officer, where responsibilities included establishing quality standards and conducting inspections and audits, as well as serving as a Sales Administrator for Siemens Healthineers Division, managing sales orders and performance reporting. Geraldine's early career included being self-employed as a Validation and Compliance Specialist from 2001 to 2010, where work involved system validation planning and testing. Teaching experience as a Chemistry Lab Instructor was gained at Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico from 1999 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Chemistry and Water Pollution and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both obtained from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
