Donald Pogan

Donald Pogan has extensive work experience in the financial technology industry. Donald started their career at UBS in 2008 as a Client Service Associate and worked there until 2013. In 2013, they joined Navian Capital as Director of Trading & Operations and held that position until 2019. In 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Luma Financial Technologies, where they were responsible for leading the suite of current and future modules. Later, in 2020, Donald was promoted to the role of Chief Product Officer at Luma, overseeing product management and design teams and leading the creation of innovative products and features.

Donald Pogan completed a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online in 2021. In 2020, they participated in the Product Strategy program at Kellogg Executive Education and the Disruptive Strategy program at Harvard Business School Online. Donald previously attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2006 to 2010, earning a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance. In addition, they obtained certifications in Series 24 and Series 7 from FINRA in July 2011 and February 2011, respectively.
