Arthur Louro

Arthur Louro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Arthur began their career as a Legal Intern at Procuradoria Geral do Estado do Espírito Santo in 2011, followed by a similar role at Ministério Público do Estado do Espírito Santo from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Civil Law Professor's Assistant at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo.

In 2015, Arthur transitioned into the language and translation field. Arthur worked as a Voice Actor at The Kitchen-- Dubbing Miami from 2016 to 2018, where they also served as a Portuguese Language Coordinator, responsible for translating documents between Portuguese, Spanish, and English, coordinating translated TV show and movie files, and ensuring high-quality translations.

During this time, they also worked as a Portuguese Instructor at Inlingua from 2015 to 2016 and as a Freelance Translator on a self-employed basis from 2015 to 2021.

In 2018, Arthur joined Wizard Language Education Center as an English Instructor until 2019, when they transitioned to Luma Health. At Luma Health, they first worked as an English coach and Technical Support Engineer from August to December 2019. Arthur then took on the role of Customer Success Associate from December 2019 to January 2021 before being promoted to Customer Success Manager starting in January 2021.
