Kat Mittleider, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience in product management and program management roles. Kat Mittleider, MBA, PMP has a diverse educational background. Kat completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Antioch University Seattle in 2007. In 2005, Kat obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Psychology with a research emphasis from Bastyr University.

In addition to their degrees, Kat has also acquired two certifications. Kat obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Washington Tacoma in June 2014. Later, in October 2015, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
