Leonardo Magalhães

Leonardo Magalhães has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer support, technical support, sales, and an internship.

Leonardo started their career at Vilux Vitória Lux Industrial Eireli in 2016 as an intern for a four-month period. Following that, in 2018 they worked as an Executive Sales Professional at T&D Sustentável for nine months.

In 2019, Leonardo joined Luma Health as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical assistance to clients. In 2020, they were promoted to Lead Technical Support Engineer, taking on a more senior role in managing technical support. Currently, they serve as the Customer Support Manager at Luma Health, which they started in April 2022.

Leonardo Magalhães completed their education in the field of Chemical Engineering at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Oficial). Leonardo pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from 2010 to 2015.
