Marlena Kane

Marlena Kane is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in patient access and consumer solutions. Currently serving as Vice President at City of Hope since March 2023, Marlena has a proven track record in driving significant operational improvements, including a 300% increase in virtual visit volume during the pandemic and enhancements in patient experience metrics at Keck Medicine of USC. With previous leadership roles at Fairview Health Services, Augmedix, and Stanford Hospital & Clinics, Marlena has consistently focused on improving care coordination, operational efficiency, and consumer-centric service delivery. Marlena holds a Master of Public Health/MSW from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC San Diego.
