Caroline Gilliland is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in design, user experience, and leadership. Currently serving as an Instructor, Facilitator, Practitioner & Coach at What Could Be and Head of Learning at LUMA Institute, Caroline has a strong background in chatbot product management and human-centered design from previous roles at Allstate Northern Ireland. Additionally, Caroline has experience as a Freelance Designer specializing in graphics and branding, and has held positions such as Brand Manager at Bang On The Door Design and Interaction Design Intern at EyeSpyFX. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in User Experience & Applied Innovation from Atlantic Technological University and multiple degrees in design and management from Ulster University and other institutions.
