Elizabeth Peaslee

Elizabeth Peaslee is a seasoned professional in customer experience and human-centered design, currently serving as Founder and Chief Experience Designer at LumosCX, LLC since 2003. Peaslee also acts as a Lead Instructor for Human Centered Design at LUMA Institute and co-founded Collaborative Gain, where efforts focus on building engaged customer-centric communities. Since 2011, Peaslee has provided UX and eCommerce expertise as part of the Digital Prophets Network, and previously held the role of Senior Consulting Director at Creative Good, Inc. Additionally, Peaslee's background includes serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Travelocity, where significant contributions shaped the concept of customer experience within the organization. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing and General Management from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Duke University.
