Ruth Song

Ruth Song is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in career design, education, and training. Currently serving as Chief Solutions Officer and Chief Programme Designer at My Working Title since October 2017, Ruth has played a key role in delivering training programs for institutions like the NUS Centre for Future Graduates and Temasek Junior College, while co-delivering the MWT Career SuperDrive Certification Programme. Additionally, Ruth holds the position of Teaching + Learning Partner at LUMA Institute and has extensive experience as Senior Manager in Innovation and Marketing at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where responsibilities included digital course creation and business communication curriculum redesign. Previous roles include Training Executive at Raffles Hotel Singapore, Program Development Executive at Imageworks Asia, and Producer-Presenter at Far East Broadcasting Associates.
