Swatej Marathe

Swatej Marathe has over 24 years of professional experience in the engineering and operations domain. Swatej began their career in 1996 as a Project Engineer for Asea Brown Boveri (Abb) Limited on a contract basis. In 1998, they moved to CSE Global Ltd. as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2004, they joined ABB as a Project Manager and Technical Product Manager. In 2011, they became Domain Manager at Schneider Electric, followed by Department Head at Alstom Transport in 2013. In 2016, they were appointed Director at Tait Communications and is currently Head Operations - India at Lumachain since 2022.

Swatej Marathe's education history includes a Matriculation from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1980 to 1989, a Pre-University from St.Aloysius College Mangalore from 1989 to 1991, a BE (E&E) from Gulbarga University from 1991 to 1995, and an Mtech in Computer Science from RV College Of Engineering from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from Coursera in 2021, including Data Analysis with Python, Python for Data Science, AI & Development, and Tools for Data Science.
