Rajasekar Ksr

Rajasekar KSR is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of People Operations for KONE in India and Nepal since February 2011. In this role, Rajasekar focuses on developing people and HR leaders, driving HR process harmonization, enhancing employee experiences, and creating a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Rajasekar has held various HR leadership positions, including Unit HR Head and Business Partner, where responsibilities included leading the HR function for the South Regional business and driving well-being initiatives. Additional roles at KONE included overseeing competency development and managing global shared services, achieving high levels of employee engagement and low attrition rates. Prior to KONE, Rajasekar held HR positions at Hapag-Lloyd AG, Philips, and The Sanmar Group. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work in Human Resources from the University of Madras and a BA in English Literature from Loyola College.
