Rob started their career as a Sales Account Representative at Uline in 2017, where they successfully managed and grew accounts within an assigned territory. After this, Rob joined KEYENCE CORPORATION as a Sales Engineer I, where they became a product expert and drove growth with new and existing customers. In 2018, they were promoted to Sales Engineer II, where they exceeded sales goals and closed new capital equipment business, including international sales. In 2019, Rob took on the role of Senior Sales Engineer, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex capital expenditure processes and align product capabilities with emerging electronic device analysis. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Sales Specialist, adding value to the organization beyond sales by developing tools and resources for the sales team. Rob then joined Cognex Corporation in 2021 as a Global Account Manager, overseeing global accounts and achieving sales targets. In 2023, they joined Lumafield as an Enterprise Account Executive.
