Bridgit Burton Brown, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bridgit Burton is currently the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Lumanity, where they focus on creating an inclusive community and positioning DEI as a corporate cornerstone. Prior to this, they held the same position at Cello Health, where they developed a global strategy for diversity and inclusion and collaborated with stakeholders to implement best practices. Bridgit Burton has also served as a Human Resources Business Partner and HR Leader at Cello Health, leading people strategies and partnering with the CEO of a key life science consulting business. Bridgit has experience in consulting, editing, and research, having worked on personal projects and served as a part-time consultant and researcher. In addition, they have held various HR roles at Roche, including Director of HR, Senior HR Business Partner, Compensation Manager, and HR Generalist. Bridgit Burton has also been an Executive Board Member at Roche Employees of African Descent (READ), a company-sponsored employee network. Earlier in their career, Bridgit worked at Prudential Securities as an HR Generalist and later as the Corporate Staffing Director, where they led a team of recruiters and managed the outsourcing of the staffing function. Overall, Bridgit's work experience showcases their expertise in diversity and inclusion, HR management, consulting, and leadership development.

Bridgit Burton Brown, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Florida. In 2013, they completed the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (CCCP) at Columbia University. In addition, they have completed a Human Resources Management Certificate program at Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Human Resources Studies Certificate Program at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Bridgit also pursued graduate studies at Seton Hall University.
