Elizabeth Ohneck

Elizabeth Ohneck has a strong background in scientific research and medical writing. Elizabeth currently works as an Associate Scientific Director at Lumanity. Before that, they were a Senior Medical Writer at Health Interactions for six years. Elizabeth also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at New York University and as a Graduate Student Researcher at Emory University School of Medicine. Elizabeth has experience teaching and tutoring in biology at Emory University and the University of Dayton.

Elizabeth Ohneck obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Biology from the University of Dayton between the years 2004 and 2008. Elizabeth then pursued further education at Emory University, where they earned a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, in October 2022, they obtained a certification as a Certified Medical Publication Professional™ from the ISMPP (International Society for Medical Publication Professionals).
