Jordan Cohen

Jordan Cohen has a diverse work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Jordan is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Lumanity since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Advisor at LifeLabs Learning, where they provided guidance and expertise to the leadership team. Jordan has also worked as a Contributing Writer at Harvard Business Review.

In terms of their previous leadership positions, Jordan was the VP of Talent Acquisition, Development, and Enablement at MediaMath from November 2020 to April 2022. Jordan held multiple roles at Weight Watchers, including Vice President of People, US, Science, Health Solutions, Learning & Development, and Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Talent, and Learning and Development. Jordan also worked as the Director of the Head of Knowledge Worker Productivity and Organizational Effectiveness Practice at PA Consulting Group.

Jordan's earlier career included roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where they were the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Head of pfizerWorks, and at Pfizer, where they served as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness. Jordan started their career as a Project Manager at REL.

Jordan Cohen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Health Service from Ithaca College. Additionally, Cohen holds an MBA and MHA in Health Care from the University of Pittsburgh. Jordan has also obtained certification in the People Leadership Program from Lumanity in August 2023.
