Marianne Vignaud

Marianne Vignaud has extensive work experience in customer success and business development roles. Marianne is currently working at LumApps as the EMEA Customer Success Team Lead, where they began in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at LumApps as a Senior Customer Success Manager for EMEA Strategic Accounts from January 2022 to June 2023, and as a Customer Success Manager for EMEA Strategic Accounts from January 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining LumApps, Marianne worked at Advalo as a Business Developer in 2020. Advalo is a company that focuses on data and predictive marketing to build strong relationships between retail brands and their customers.

Prior to Advalo, Marianne worked at TextMaster from 2016 to 2019. Marianne held the positions of Customer Success Lead from January 2018 to December 2019, and Customer Success Manager from November 2016 to December 2017. TextMaster is an online translation service that offers translation services in over 50 languages.

Marianne's earlier work experience includes roles at Servcorp as a Sales Development & Business Center Manager from February 2014 to October 2016. Marianne was responsible for sales, developing the customer portfolio, and managing operational accounts. Marianne also managed a team of five executive assistants.

Before Servcorp, Marianne worked at Louvre Hotels as an International Hotel Development Analyst from January 2013 to July 2013. Marianne'sresponsibilities included market and hotel project analysis, financial analysis, and presentations for investment memorandums.

Marianne also had brief experiences at The Star Entertainment Group as a Business Analyst & Customer Relations Coordinator in 2012, L'Occitane en Provence as a Sales Associate from November 2011 to January 2012, and PARIS HONOTEL as a Junior Hotel Acquisitions Analyst from January 2011 to June 2011. At PARIS HONOTEL, they primarily focused on prospecting hotel owners and conducting in-depth analyses for hotel projects.

Marianne Vignaud completed a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from OMNES Education from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM, attending from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they briefly studied at the University of West Georgia in the Richards College of Business.
