Holly Deitz has a long and varied work experience. Holly began their career in 1999 as an independent jeweler for Ornamental Gravy. In 2002, they worked as a Legal Secretary for Cooper & Dunham LLP, where they performed legal research and utilized Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access to create and manage documents and databases. In 2004, they worked as a Legal Secretary for Ohrenstein & Brown, and in 2005 they worked as a Legal Secretary for King and Spalding. In the same year, they also began working as a Professional Poker Player. In 2007, they worked as a Human Search Guide for ChaCha, providing answers to any question sent to the ChaCha text number. In 2008, they began working as an Owner and Lead IT/Customer Support & Consultant for Technical Gravy, providing support to small business and individual clients. In 2019, they worked as a Document Specialist for Elliott Davis, where they utilized CaseWare Working Papers and Smartsheet to process Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe documents for a regional accounting firm. In 2021, they began working as an Owner and Digital Marketing Manager for Technical Gravy, providing WordPress development, local SEO, and technical SEO. In 2022, they began working as a Product Specialist for Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl).

Holly Deitz has a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University and a TESOL certification from English for Life Academy. Holly also has a Certified Bench Jeweler from New Approach School for Jewelers.
