Roberto Montes

Roberto Montes is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology strategist with extensive experience in business development and digital transformation. As the Founder and CEO of URBAN since May 2015, Roberto has successfully expanded operations to El Salvador, achieving profitability in just one quarter while introducing new products and services to enhance customer offerings. Prior to this role, Roberto served as Founder and CTO at URBAN, where a strong focus on digital transformation resulted in consistent monthly growth exceeding 12% and improved customer satisfaction through the implementation of automated systems. Additionally, Roberto has been involved with Lumation Services LLC since 2014, providing strategic consulting and overseeing operations for a software development outsourcing center that has successfully delivered projects across various industries and regions.
