Hiam Sakikini

Hiam Sakakini is the CEO and Founder of The Culture Equation, specializing in culture design and change for small to medium organizations. Hiam has extensive experience in mentoring, having held the position of Business Mentor at Remarkable Inclusive Startups, Australia's first disability-focused impact accelerator. Hiam served on the Board of Directors for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance and co-founded ThinkChangeGrow, focusing on people-related challenges in organizations. Previous roles include Head of Manager Development at Google, overseeing development for over 1,000 managers across 15 countries, and various positions in business development and sales at Google and DHL. Hiam has also contributed as a speaker, mentor, and writer for multiple organizations and events. Hiam holds a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Diploma in Change Management from The University of Sydney Business School, and a BA in Sociology and Information Studies from University College Dublin.
