Karan Vashisth possesses extensive experience in optical engineering and project management, currently serving as Assistant Manager - Optics at Lumax World since May 2022. Previously, Karan held multiple roles such as Senior Optical Engineer and Project Head at RevolteQ Technologies Pvt Ltd, as well as Project Manager and Senior Optical Engineer at RRP S4E INNOVATION PVT. LTD. Early career experiences include Project Trainee positions at Bharat Electronics Limited and Light Guide Optics Pvt. Ltd., along with an internship at BARC. Karan's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Vice President of SPIE at the National Institute of Technology Warangal and President of Neutronics at Rajdhani College.
