Nitish Bhardwaj is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Vendor Development at Lumax World since June 2023. Previously, Nitish held the position of Senior Engineer in New Product Development and Quality Assurance at Motherson Group and Bharat Technoplast Private Limited. With a strong background in new product development, quality control, and various quality methodologies including APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA, Nitish has demonstrated expertise in supplier and process audits, as well as product feasibility and flow control management. Nitish holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra Institute of Technology & Management, completed in 2012.
