Sanjay Chakraborti

Sanjay Chakraborti is a seasoned leader in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success Operations at Lumber since February 2025. Previously, Sanjay held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Hiver, where the focus was on driving customer success and contributing to company growth. As Regional Vice President at Salesforce, Sanjay provided leadership to enhance technology adoption and customer retention while managing a high-performing team. Sanjay's experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Customer Success Management at Informatica, where customer success programs were implemented across multiple regions, and as Global Head of Customer Success at Freshworks Inc., where the focus was on product adoption and revenue retention. Sanjay holds an Executive-MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Master's degree in Computer Science from M.D. University.
