Kathryn Carr

Kathryn Carr is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Lume Cannabis Co. since September 2021, Kathryn previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at CACI International Inc. from July 2018 to September 2021, where work was performed remotely. Kathryn's career also includes significant experience in the US Army, functioning as a Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources between June 2014 and July 2018. Kathryn holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Florida (2010-2014).
