Erin started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Hollister Co., where they gained experience in various aspects of retail and managed a team. Following this, Erin worked as a Store Manager at Nambe, where they successfully created a positive customer experience, implemented effective merchandising strategies, and achieved strong sales performance. Erin then moved on to Tuesday Morning as a Buyer Coordinator, where they assisted top buyers in the buying process, maintained vendor relationships, and ensured timely shipments. Erin also worked as an Assistant General Manager at Sundance Holdings Group, LLC, before assuming their most recent role as the Director of Customer Experience at Lume Deodorant.
