Arti Sanidad

Arti Sanidad is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems management and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior IT Engineer at Lumen Technologies since September 2014, Arti Sanidad specializes in assisting sales teams with technical resources, design and administration of SCCM, Intune, and Manage Engine environments, along with troubleshooting and creating deployment software packages. Prior to this role, Arti Sanidad worked at Worthington Industries from March 2012 to September 2014 as a Desktop Engineer - Team Lead, managing Altiris and SCCM infrastructures across approximately 3,500 clients at 34 remote sites, as well as overseeing VMWare VDI administration. Education was completed at Mount Vernon SDA Academy from 1991 to 1995.
