Brandon Freebern

Brandon Freebern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager II at Lumen Technologies since July 2023, Brandon previously held the position of Process Transformation Consultant at Windstream from November 2020 to November 2022.
