Kate Fisher

Kate Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and human resources. Currently serving as the Lead Compliance Analyst at CenturyLink since May 2006, Kate has successfully negotiated and maintained a Functional Affirmative Action Plan agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor’s OFCCP. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Sprint from August 1994 to May 2006, including Manager of HR Program Management, where oversight was provided for HR program management and performance measurement; Program Manager, responsible for the Balanced Scorecard for Finance and consolidation of accounting operations; and Budget Analyst I, focused on budget development and financial reporting processes. Kate holds a BS in Business Management from Baker University and A.A.S. degrees in Accounting from Brown Mackie College and Data Processing from Erie Community College.
