Shannon Neville

Shannon Neville has over two decades of experience in project and program management, primarily within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Project Manager at Lumen Technologies, Shannon specializes in service assurance ticketing system integration. Previous roles include positions at Level 3 Communications, where Shannon led the integration of service assurance between major companies and managed the Startup of the Managed Services division. Additional experience includes project management and business analysis roles at Ricochet Networks and Aerie Networks, as well as senior consulting positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young. Shannon's educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
