Venky Shanmugam

Venky Shanmugam is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in application and software development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Application Development at Lumen Technologies, Venky has previously held senior director roles at CenturyLink, overseeing IT application and software development efforts. Venky's career began at Savvis Communications as Director of UI Systems Development and Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead. Additionally, Venky was a Senior Developer and Team Lead at Mitek Industries. Venky holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
