Ariel Kuc

Ariel Kuc is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as the V&V Team Leader at Lumenis since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing all verification and validation activities within the R&D department and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Ariel Kuc held the position of V&V Engineer and Department Manager at ISCAR from August 2012 to May 2019, managing an engineering development and production department dedicated to advanced hard metal pressing molds and leading a team of engineers.
