Rani Hagag

Mr. Rani Hagag, Vice President, Aesthetics Business Group, joined Lumenis in 2017. Prior to joining Lumenis, Mr. Hagag co-founded and served as the CEO of Biopolymer Technologies, a biochemical company that developed, patented and commercialized a disruptive technology to transform abundant plant proteins into industrial materials. In 2015, BPT was sold to a consortium of the French Public Investment Bank and Groupe Avril, forming Evertree, a global, industrial business. Previously, Mr. Hagag spent 9 years at Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT), where he held multiple positions in the areas of corporate strategy, business development, product management and marketing, and general, business lines management. Prior to Comverse, Mr. Hagag spent several years as a strategy management consultant. Mr. Hagag holds an LL.B. and an MBA.
