Kay Hiott

Kay Hiott is the OCM Strategic Advisor at Lumenor Consulting Group. Kay has over 25 years of experience in organizational change management, business development, and IT assessments.

Prior to their current role, Kay was the Vice President of Business Transformation at Lumenor Consulting Group, where they oversaw business development and change management strategies for transit agencies.

Before that, they were the Director of Change Management at MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority), where they led a team of change managers responsible for implementing large-scale organizational changes.

Kay has also held roles at Hasenkopf Group, Business Transformation Enterprises, and SAP America. Kay is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia.

Kay Hiott has a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama and is certified from PMI in PMP Certification.
