Lisette Stål

Lisette Stål has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 1996. Lisette began their career as an Editorial Staff at TV4 Interaktiv AB in 1996. In 2001, they moved to Pressinfo Media AB (Redaktionell byrå) as a Senior Traffic Coordinator. In 2006, they worked as an HR Generalist at Proffice, followed by a role as an HR Generalist at Pon Equipment and Power Sweden in 2007. In 2008, Lisette began their work at Volvo Group, first as an HR Coordinator to Vice President, HR CoE Sweden, then as an HR Specialist/Payroll Maintenance Manager, and finally as an HR Administrator. In 2016, they became an HR Site Leader at GE Additive, Sweden, where they were responsible for strategic and operational HR work, as well as union negotiations, employer branding/employee experience, inclusion & diversity, and more. Lisette is currently the HR Director at LumenRadio, a position they have held since 2021.
