Susanne Gerdin

Susanne Gerdin has a long and varied work experience. Susanne began their career in 2007 as a Project Manager/Consultant for Business Sweden. In 2010, they moved to Valmet as a Global Communication Manager, External Relations, Metso Power (Press och Media chef). In 2014, they were appointed Corporate and Internal Communications Manager at SKF Group. In 2016, they became Kommunikationschef Pulp and Performance Chemicals at Nouryon (former AkzoNobel). In 2018, they were named Head of Communications, Built Environment, RISE and also started their own business, SG Communications. In 2019, they became a Styrelseledamot at Svenska Livräddningssällskapet Göteborg. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Group Communications at Gunnebo and in 2022 they joined LumenRadio as Communications and Marketing Director.

Susanne Gerdin has a diverse educational background. Susanne obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and Spanish from the University of Gothenburg in 2002-2004. From 2003-2007, they received a Master's degree in Marketing (Bachelor Degree) Management & Organization (Master) from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma in Transformational Leadership/ Verksamhetsutvecklande Ledarskap from IHM Business School. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in Digital Marketing from IHM Business School. Additionally, they have certifications in Digital Marketing from IHM Business School (2016), Transformational Leadership course from IHM Business School (2015), and Project Managment GPM2.
