Vice President at Lument

Adam Walter has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to present. Adam is currently employed as a Vice President at Lument since October 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as a Vice President at Lancaster Pollard from November 2019 to October 2020, where they provided financial advice, financing solutions, and senior living corporate M&A services. Adam also served in roles such as Assistant Vice President and Associate during their tenure at Lancaster Pollard from 2017 to 2019.

Before joining Lancaster Pollard, Adam pursued their Full-Time Finance MBA at the Henry B. Tippie School of Management - University of Iowa from 2013 to 2015. Adam Walter earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Iowa - Henry B. Tippie College of Business from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they pursued studies in Business at the University of St. Thomas from 2002 to 2003. Adam also holds several certifications, including a Series 63 certification obtained from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in April 2018, a Series 52 certification obtained from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in August 2015, a Series 79 certification obtained from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in July 2015, and a Real Estate Agent certification obtained in May 2007.
