Eric Sherman

Eric Sherman is currently working as an Underwriting Associate at Lument, specializing in commercial real estate bridge lending. Prior to this role, Eric completed a comprehensive internal training program at Lument as an Associate in Production Analytical Support. Eric has also gained valuable experience through internships at Guardian Life and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Eric holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University.
