Victor Nguyen

Victor Nguyen has a diverse background in various industries. Victor started their career as an Assistant Manager at Sakura Japanese Steakhouse from July 2012 to January 2016. Victor then worked at the University of Arkansas as a Clerical Intern in the International Students & Scholars Office from August 2016 to May 2018. In 2018, they joined KeyBank Real Estate Capital where they held multiple roles, including Surveillance Analyst I from June 2018 to November 2018, Debt Yield Analyst from December 2018 to April 2021, and finally, Senior Debt Yield Analyst from April 2021 to September 2021. Most recently, Victor joined Lument in September 2021 as a Surveillance Analyst, and they currently hold the position of Transaction Underwriter Analyst starting from July 2022.

Victor Nguyen completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems, General at the University of Arkansas from 2014 to 2018.
