Danny Cheng

Danny Cheng has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lumentum starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at NeoPhotonics since October 2011. Before their time at NeoPhotonics, they were the HR Director for APAC at Power-One from April 2008 to October 2011, and at Ciena from June 2007 to April 2008. From November 2004 to July 2007, Danny worked as the HR Director at Huawei. Danny began their career as a Senior HR Consultant at PwC from November 2002 to November 2004. Before that, they were an HR Manager at Emerson Network Power from January 1998 to November 2002.

Danny Cheng completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management at Wuhan University, from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in English from the same university, specializing in English, during the period of 1993 to 1997.
