Giacinto Busico

Giacinto Busico has extensive experience in the field of test engineering and product engineering in the optical components industry. Giacinto started their career as a Scientist at Marconi Optical Components in 2000 and then moved on to work as a Scientist at Bookham from 2002 to 2007. Giacinto then became the Product and Test Engineering Section Head at OCLARO from 2008 to 2012. Giacinto then took on the role of Test, Reliability, Product Engineering Senior Manager at OCLARO from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2022, they held the position of Director at OCLARO. Most recently, they have been working as the Director Test Engineering at Lumentum since 2019.

Giacinto Busico completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Aston Business School in 2014. Previously, they had pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from Universita' di Ancona in 1999.
