Mahdad Mansouree

Mahdad Mansouree is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in laser technology and research in the photonics field. Currently serving as a Staff Laser Engineer at Lumentum since June 2021, Mansouree previously held the position of Senior R&D Laser Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst from January 2017 to June 2021, and a Research Intern at Samsung Electronics America during the summer of 2020. Early career experience includes serving as a Test Engineer at the University of Tehran from November 2013 to November 2016. Mansouree holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Photonics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Tehran, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in the same field from Shiraz University.
