Matt Sepe

Matt Sepe has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance roles. Matt is currently serving as the SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Lumentum since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of VP and Chief Accounting Officer at Lumentum from June 2018 to November 2021. Before joining Lumentum, they were the VP and Corporate Controller at RingCentral from October 2015 to May 2016. Matt also worked at Marvell Semiconductor, where they held various positions such as VP, Corporate Controller from March 2014 to August 2015, AVP, Assistant Corporate Controller & Interim Corporate Controller from October 2012 to March 2014, and Senior Director, Assistant Corporate Controller from June 2010 to October 2012. At Intel Corporation, their roles included External Reporting Controller from June 2007 to May 2010 and External Reporting Manager from April 2003 to June 2007. Matt began their career at Deloitte and held various positions there from 1998 to 2003.

Matt Sepe attended Santa Clara University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
