Paul Chalifour

Paul Chalifour has extensive experience in sales and business development within the technology industry. Paul currently holds the position of Director of Sales at Lumentum since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Sales Director, North America at NeoPhotonics from 2015 to 2022. Before that, they worked in various roles at NEL America from 2011 to 2015 and at Princeton Optronics from 2009 to 2011. Chalifour also worked at Lumentum previously, from 1998 to 2009, where they served as a Senior Account Manager responsible for major accounts, including Alcatel-Lucent. Paul held positions at NORDX/CDT from 1996 to 1998, including Director of N.A. Sales and Director of Strategic Marketing. Chalifour began their career at Nortel in 1982, where they held roles such as Senior Manager - Market Development, Account Manager, and Market/Product Manager.

Paul Chalifour earned an MBA degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, where they studied from 1978 to 1982.
