Stephanie Alderson Cossman

Stephanie Alderson Cossman serves as the Manager of Corporate Sustainability at Lumentum since March 2018, focusing on sustainability reporting, supplier responsibility, and environmental initiatives. Current responsibilities include overseeing the development of the Corporate Social Responsibility Report and implementing the Responsible Business Alliance standards. Previous roles encompass senior program management at Lumentum and sustainability consultancy positions at SCS Global Services and DNV GL, where Stephanie managed supplier responsibility programs and conducted social audits for sustainability standards. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Sustainability and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Writing from UC San Diego.
