Wendy Yan

Wendy Yan has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Wendy started their career in 2000 as an Attorney at Commerce One, Inc. and later worked as an Attorney at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. In 2006, they joined Space Systems/Loral as an Associate General Counsel. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Senior Counsel at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Since 2015, they have been working at Lumentum, initially as the Senior Director of Commercial Transactions in the Legal Department and currently as the Vice President Legal.

Wendy Yan received their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in the years 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley from 1991 to 1995. Wendy completed their high school education at Miss Porter's School from 1988 to 1991.
