Shinjini Sur

Shinjini Sur is an experienced professional with a diverse background in learning design, digital media, marketing, and the arts. As the Founder, Learning Designer, and Play Facilitator at The Great Kind since April 2019, Shinjini has hosted over 700 sessions aimed at enhancing cognitive skills through play. Additionally, Shinjini works in Talent & Culture at Lumerate and serves as a Creator on YouTube with projects like the Shoshin Show and Free Your Breath. Previously, Shinjini founded Butternutbutternut, an art initiative focused on conscious living. With a robust history at PepsiCo in various marketing roles and training at The Second City, where Shinjini participated in a highly selective conservatory program, Shinjini has cultivated a unique blend of creative and strategic expertise. Educational achievements include a BBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Schulich School of Business, along with an exchange term at Lancaster University.
