Barbara Fieldsted

Barbara Fieldsted, MHR, is an experienced HR professional specializing in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with a focus on Workday. Currently serving as a People Systems Analyst at Lumeris since June 2024, Barbara previously held the position of HRIS Analyst at Nomi Health, where responsibilities included leading Workday Core HCM and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experience.
